1. Service Description

SuperAIor ("the Service") is a pay-per-use AI chat application operated via LakeDrainer3000.com. The Service provides AI-powered conversational responses with a distinctive personality. The AI character's condescending tone is an intentional product feature and does not represent genuine hostility.

2. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Credits & Payments

• The Service operates on a prepaid credit model. Credits are purchased in water-denominated packs via Stripe.
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by applicable law.
• Credits are deducted based on actual AI token usage at a 2x markup over the underlying API cost.
• If you enable auto top-up, your stored payment method will be charged automatically when your balance is low. You can disable this at any time.
• Prices are in USD and may change with notice.

4. Water Usage Metric

The "Lake Superior drainage" metric is an estimate based on published research about data center water consumption. It is provided for entertainment and educational purposes. The actual environmental impact of your usage may differ. No real lake is harmed by using this Service.

5. AI Output Disclaimer

• AI responses are generated by third-party models (Anthropic Claude) and may contain inaccuracies.
• The Service is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise).
• The condescending personality is fictional. Do not interpret AI responses as genuine personal criticism.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to circumvent credit deductions or payment requirements
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

7. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Unused credits are non-refundable upon termination, except as required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
