• Account information: Email address and name provided during sign-up via Clerk (our authentication provider) or Google OAuth.
• Usage data: Chat messages you send and receive, token counts, water consumption calculations, and conversation metadata.
• Payment information: Credit card details are processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your card number. We store transaction records (amounts, timestamps, Stripe session IDs).
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically by our hosting provider (Vercel).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the AI chat service and maintain your conversation history
• To track credit balance and process payments
• To calculate and display water consumption metrics
• To improve the Service

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Clerk — Authentication and user management (Privacy Policy)
• Stripe — Payment processing (Privacy Policy)
• Anthropic — AI model provider. Your chat messages are sent to Anthropic's API for processing. (Privacy Policy)
• Vercel — Hosting and serverless functions (Privacy Policy)
• Neon — Database hosting (Privacy Policy)

4. Data Retention

Your account data and conversation history are retained as long as your account is active. You can delete individual conversations at any time. To request full account deletion, contact us at the email below.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (Clerk session cookies) and Cloudflare security. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
